Charles was born in Taiwan, China. He graduated from National Taiwan University with a dual master’s degree in Economics and Law. He later pursued further studies at the University of Hong Kong.he was honored as one of Taiwan’s Top Ten Outstanding Young People. In 2019, he served as the CTO of a mainland-funded telecommunications company. In 2023, he was appointed as the Chief Technical Officer of Jifu Fund, where he manages eight technical directors and 32 technicians. With his unique analytical approach and extensive financial experience, he has earned the nickname “Genius” in the Hong Kong financial circle and is recognized as a rare and exceptional financial talent in the region.
